Quinoa
Brief Introduction:
There are three types of quinoa, which are golden quinoa, red quinoa and black quinoa. Black quinoa and Red quinoa have chewy texture, and golden quinoa has soft texture.
Efficacy:
According to USDA, per 100 grams of quinoa contains 6.3 mg of iron, 21g of dietary fiber and 8 essential amino acids. Lysine can promote the growth of human bone collagen and maintain skin elasticity. Cashew contains protein which can repair and nourish our skin.
Flexseed
Brief Introduction:
Certified Organic by The United States Department of Agriculture. Originated from USA and Canada. Two main varieties are brown flexseed and golden flexseed.
Efficacy:
Each 100g contains 27.3 grams of dietary fiber and 10.7 grams of Omega 3 fatty acid, which aid in maintaining cardiovascular and digestive health.
Chia Seeds
Brief Introduction:
Certified Organic by The United States Department of Agriculture. Chia seeds are the seeds and there are two main varieties, named Black Chia Seeds and White Chia Seeds.
Efficacy:
Each 100 grams of Chia seeds contains 38 grams of dietary fiber, which is beneficial to the operation of the digestive system; it also contains Omega 3 (17.5 g /100 g); Omega 6 (5.7 g/100 g) and Omega 9 (2.6 g/100 g). There is a positive effect on cholesterol control.
