Step:
- Thaw Japanese Cooked Scallop, absorb extra water by using kitchen paper, tear off hard fibers on Sugar Snap Peas, clean up for later use;
- Preheat the frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, put Sugar Snap Peas into the pan and fry for 1 minute. then add with soy sauce and continue to fry for 1 minute, leave all on the plate for later use;
- Preheat the frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, put the scallop and XO sauce into the pan and fry for 2 minutes, upside down and continue to fry for another 2 minutes
- Put fried scallops on top of Sugar Snap Peas and ready to serve.
