Defrost the American frozen conches(L), cut and remove the intestines, rinse thoroughly;
Cut the pork loin into pieces, blanch them and conches in water with ginger and Scallion, rinse thoroughly for later use;
Put all ingredients (except funguses) into a casserole, pour in some hot water, turn to low heat after boiled; continue to boil for about 2.5 hours;
Put in the funguses, continue to boil for 30 minutes, add salt before serving.
