Rinse the southern apricots - without skin for a while, soak in water for about 1 hour, drain them for later use;
Remove the kernel of the lotus seeds (white), soak the selected lily bulbs in water for about 1 hour, take them out and rinse thoroughly for later use;
Cut the American dried dates into pieces (1 piece divided into 4 pieces) for later use;
Put the southern apricots into a mixer, add 2 bowls of water, stir until well ground, filter out the dregs and take the sauce for later use;
Put the lotus seeds and lily bulbs into a steaming pot, pour in 1½ bowls of hot water, stew for about 90 minutes;
Add the southern apricot sauce, dried date pieces and rock sugar pieces, continue to stew for 20 minutes and serve.
